This group will focus on self-empowerment and personal choice. SMART works on building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and living a balanced life. This pathway to recovery takes a scientific approach, using tools to help identify and clarify avenues towards change.
